† Response times aren't guaranteed, but if we miss a regular response time we will charge it at the back-burner rate. If time is a factor and you are expecting to put through some complex queries, or a stream of queries, please let us know as far in advance as possible so that we can arrange staff availability (we have to schedule primary staff assignments weeks or months in advance, and it can get extremely hectic). If you expect to be putting in tickets that will require an hour or more a day over an extended period of days, it is a good idea to arrange a staff secondment with us.
* We have a minimum charge, but where possible we provide value by handling tickets in bunches.

If you would like our installation service please first check:
- Make sure you have at least 8 credits.
- You agree to our server access policy.
- Your server meets our minimum requirements
(if we can't install because it doesn't, or if the server is faulty, we'll still need to charge for the service).
