| Summary | 0005975: Add support for cryptographically secure v4 GUIDs; alternate IDs should use this | ||||
| Description | Add a function to generate a cryptographically secure v4 GUID. And use this function for alternate ID GUIDs. My reasoning is so that when content can be accessed via a GUID (0005974) that the GUID is secure and unlikely to be guessed by time-based attacks. | ||||
| Additional Information | Should use the kernel to generate when available | ||||

There was also a bug in resource_fs which was fixed where it was not ensuring GUIDs are not repeated. |
