Summary	0003009: Will not upgrade from RC 25 - screenshot included
Description	Trying to upgrade to current RC (28?), and consistently get the screenshot message. I am really not sure what the screenshot is saying to correct, at it seems to suggest maybe one thing, or maybe another without really being specific. What am I missing?
