Points Transfer Addon Possible?

EDIT: perhaps through the Point Store? I know there's a Bankr addon that allows members to temporarily deposit points into a 'bank account', might it be possible to create an addon that allows members to permanently deposit points into other members' accounts?

If you need something quick and cheap and don't want to learn programming yourself, you could put the job up on an offshoring site like freelancer.com.
