[solved] Missing editor toolbar on a mobile cell phone?

Adding news article

Hello,

On my android cellphone I wanted to post a new news article and include an image but I was unable to find the edit toolbar, please see picture for example.

When i used my desktop and switch to mobile viewing I can see a basic stripped down editor toolbar. But nothing on the real mobile phone.
