Action logs (audit trail) Parameter's?

Just looking for clarification
While exploring actions on the site, I noticed two of the fields are rather unclear as to what is supposed to be entered there. Instead of identifying the type of info that is intended for those fields, it simply says "First parameter" and "Second paramater".What information is intended to be put into those two fields?
