Captain Kirk is in the usergroup ‘Fan in action’

I am updating a pre v8 website and looking for a copy of v9 to attempt an upgarde into Composr. I understand it's unsupported and of the risks involved. I would like to bring the website up to date though with Composr.

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

I posted this late last night (for me) and after I went to bed I said to myself 'Self, I bet you they are github'.

I knew they had to be around. :cool:

Alright, challenge begins.

I have a client that has an old ocportal install that was running along smoothly until a few weeks ago and hosting must updated. I believe they are atleast in th v7's. Might be in the v5's.

I remmeber when v5 was a "thing".

Composr looks very nice. I look forward to working it.

Thanks again. Might be awhile but I will update on how it goes.
