Utility block is possible?

Composr has the possibility to create utility blocks?

Hi Experts,

I have tried to find utility blocks, for example, a block to place all social media links,  a block to place full width image slider or I should be able to implement a gallery by placing a block. Am I treating Composr blocks as plugin in Wordpress?. Such type of Composr blocks are available to download?

Absolutely possible. But you will need to get your hands a little dirty for the social media links. There is no actual off the shelf block for this, but you can manually make one using the wysiwyg editor and wrap it in the "comcode tag assistant"-"box".

The fading images, there is a box for. Create a gallery, place the images you want to fade in there then use the Image fader (main_image_fader) box, this box allows you to choose which gallery you want to use as an image fader.

Composr blocks and wordpress plugins are similar, but not. Hard to compare them to be honest. Composr gives you incredible flexibility straight off the shelf, once you learn how to use it. The best help I can give is to have a read through the VERY thorough tutorials on this site. I have used many different cms's and can hands down say the tutorials here are the best I have come across.
