[SOLVED] [V11] Moving site to different directory caused ckeditor to disappear

Today I moved my composr 11 to a different directory. I changed the root in config to point to the new location. Evertyhing seemed to be working. However when I went to edit a page, no editor appears. I double checked to make sure that all the ckeditor stuff did copy over. What could I be missing?
UPDATE: Issue is solved. It turns out it was a cookie error. Removing the cookies and cached site date from the web browser itself caused the editor to reappear. Simply using the cleanup tools to clear the site cache's wasn't enough lol. All is good now.
