v10b4 setup wizard step 3 error

I got better hosting with less limitation and installation work fine

Tho once I got to setup wizard I have following error Screenshot by Lightshot
I went thru stack error and seems I can not figure out to what file or what else is causing this error. Could one of you wizards have a loot at it and see if you can find root of this error?
Here is stack error text v10b4_wizard_step1_stackerror - Pastebin.com
Note: installation is in default, I haven't changed on it anything yet.
Kind Regards
Greg

When I chose Community (Screenshot by Lightshot) error says0 "… ‘php?id=84’ …", if I chose any other profile it says "… ‘php?id=20’ …". Not sure if it change anything in this situation, tho if i take n/a profile wizard still goes to an error.
Kind Regards

I think the issue is with the particular downloader Composr is using on your server.
I wonder if you have the PHP cURL extension installed, and whether PHP file sockets is being blocked.
I think PHP file sockets being blocked is the likely cause, and I'm now making sure the fallback downloader can work in this scenario properly.

First of all thanks for having a look

Second, afaik I have curl, tho can't tell if cURL support enable is same as installed… have to research that

cURL support enabled
cURL Information 7.4
Third, I have sent you over the email (profile email) link to PHP info of my hosting, for obvious safety reasons I rather not have everyone having a peek at it

Don't hack me plx

Edit: something little bit wrong with emoticons on this forum :/, when I put it on end of line, text which is next line moves right after emoticon.
Screenshot by Lightshot
If I put . or some other text then it is fine i suppose, but if i try write anything next line without writing after emoticon, text from next line goes in same line as emoticon. Hope I make sens

Kind Regards
Greg
