Wie empfohlen habe ich dann manuell installiert jedoch bleibt die Installation auf Punkt 1 gleich stehen.Ist aber ein geringfügiger Fehler nur den man leicht beheben kann.
wie im Anhang Bild zu sehen fehlt im
Lösung dazu:
Nehmt einfach die aus der Stable Version und spielt sie per FTP ein.Dann läuft die Installation Fehlerfrei ab.

As recommended, I then installed manually, however, the installation remains the same at point 1 gleich.Ist but a minor error that can easily be fixed.
as in the attachment picture is missing in the
/ uploads / galleries_thumbs / index.html
Just take those from the stable version and play them via FTP. Then the installation runs without errors.

I do see this file is in the 10.0.18 manual extractor, so I think probably there really was some uploading glitch here.
