Summary0001887: Make footer an editable menu
DescriptionMake the footer menu an actual managed menu within Composr.
Steps To ReproduceMaking the links editable as a menu isn't so easy. There are hidden links for accessibility, there is special 'rel' meta data, links show and hide depending on context, there are accessibility access keys, and the logout 'link' is actually a button. We could probably do it but we'd have to do a lot of enhancements to the menu editor.
