Summary	0002191: Composr 10b1 (maybe b2 too): Composr doesn't correctly tell me there's a new version available when there is in Admin dash
Description	Composr doesn't tell me in the admin dash that there's a new version of composr available for download. This could simply be because it's a beta release and not an actual increment in version numbers. But thought I'd make it known anyway. It still says I'm using the latest version.
