Summary	0002397: Allow specification of attachment file types per-group
Description	Each group would get a comma-separated list of file-types that may be used as attachments. If you entered one that isn't in the global file type list it will put out a warning saying so. This is because the option would work in addition to the global list. You can also enter "*" to say "any file type (in the global file type list)". It would use a "best of" system - e.g. if a member was in groups A and B, A allowing "jpg" and B allowing "png", the member could use either.
