Summary	0002426: Smarter flipping between tree and non-tree catalogues
Description	1) If going from tree to non-tree, and the root category is totally empty, and not the only category, just delete that root category. 2) If going from non-tree to tree, and there's a category with the same name as the catalogue, make that the new root rather than making a new category for the root. 3) (Similar to 2) If going from non-tree to tree, and there's only a single category, make that the new root rather than making a new category for the root.
