| Description | We have documented support for rewrites on IIS using Ionic/IIRF. Remove all that, and updated tut_web_hosting to reflect that v7 is the minimum we support rewrites on, and it would be via http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite (we maintain rules in web.config). Or in fewer words: We never supported IIRF officially and now it's very dated, we should just nuke it. | ||||
