Summary0002774: Use filedump / virtual UI for managing attachments
DescriptionThe capabilities of filedump can be expanded further if it is used virtually to manage attachments.

aka. users would still be able to upload attachments via. the attachments fields presented to them now to be included in posts and pages etc. However, the "attachments manager" feature would be removed and instead attachments would be managed via. one's personal filedump folder.

When a user accesses their personal filedump folder, in addition to displaying the files they have in their filedump, it will also virtually display their attachments with a "no direct access" setting. Users can then manage those attachments to their liking and even toggle the "no direct access" setting (which would result in the attachment being moved to the appropriate filedump folder for direct access [or into the attachments folder as an unreferenced attachment if toggling on], and attachments records would also be edited to reflect such).

When viewing an attachment in the filedump, users should also be able to see links to where the attachment has been referenced on site.

Attachments manager UI would then be replaced with a specialised filedump UI.
Additional InformationThe comcode popup does not currently have attachment support.
