| Description | top_language block that can sit next to the other top blocks in GLOBAL_HTML_WRAP.tpl. Works via selecting a flag image. Add a config option to toggle the block's display. Option should not be visible if only one language is installed and block should not show in such a case. We can automatically insert meta links to point to viewing the site with each language pack.
