Summary | 0003585: Menus acting strange after upgrade to v10.0.14
Description | Recently upgraded from v10.0.10 and have been noticing weird activity with menu items... 1. All Tempcode and page-links inside menu items are "transformed" to text and do not retain their symbols or brackets. They do however remain dynamic and change themselves when changing SEO friendly options. 2. "Current page" highlighting sometimes works correctly, or sometimes highlights a completely different menu item as the "current", and other times doesn't highlight any menu items at all. 3. keep_* parameters weren't working a minute ago, even when page-links were being used. It's working now though and I can't seem to duplicate this one. I thought by me changing over from RAW PHP URL's to using SEO friendly URL's was causing this (this was the only major change apart from the recent upgrade), but when I reverted back to the RAW PHP setting, these issues still persisted.

The menu editor got an usability upgrade, which has caused some unintended problems with URLs for more advanced cases. The 'current page' display is likely a caching bug. I'm working on fixes now. |
