Summary0003791: Static cache URL whitelist
DescriptionAllow configuring a whitelist (series of regexps) specifying what URLs may be static-cached.

This is to preserve disk space, bots may generate lots of invalid URLs and hence fill up the static cache with junk.

Most bots generate invalid URLs off of the home page, so I've made a mitigation where any GET parameters to that page don't result in caching.
