| Summary | 0005201: Smoother animations | ||||
| Description | Composr contains a number of animations. I modified the Comcode ticker tag to use requestAnimationFrame in this commit: https://gitlab.com/composr-foundation/composr/-/commit/c1b4f39b737abc6525ea764aecaebe4b5a798553 We should use requestAnimationFrame for the Comcode shocker and Comcode pulse tags, for the realtime-rain animation animations, and for the side_rss ticker mode. requestAnimationFrame is more battery-friendly and allows smoother animation. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Some of these things are a bit of a throw-back, letting people use things which were popular a long time ago. They're fun for some people regardless of whether they are still good design or not. | ||||
