Too complex / time consuming of a solution for such a trivial bug. Delegating to a volunteer who would like to take this on. Ideally cns_make_member should use cns_add_member_to_secondary_usergroup, but this breaks the installer in many ways as cns_install does not have f_group_approvals table installed until after cns_make_member is called, and there are various other function calls to undefined functions not loaded by the installer. |

Temporarily disabled this feature in 11.beta5 until it can be fixed. |
