DescriptionRemove 'staff' entirely (it's bloat), just use permissions; drop staff modules and options.
Additional InformationWebmasters can maintain a Comcode page listing staff with less effort than working out the mechanics of our staff system. Our staff system has a confusing parallel with usergroup permissions, and is confusing when M.S.N's are involved.

Actually, it's not bad, and not on by default in the Setup Wizard. We'll keep it.

I'm reopening this, as I've changed my mind again. We need to reduce cognitive overhead and I don't think the concept of "staff" really adds anything that usergroup permissions don't already give us.

It's not urgent, however, because staff isn't installed by default.
