Note that CMS actions do currently link to newly added content, so it is a little awkward right now. We either need to add this functionality (preferred), remove view links for non-validated content, or tolerate the issue. |

If we do implement it then remove the code in topics.php _add_reply that diverts the user if their new topic is not validated and they don't have access to it. |
