Summary0002110: Drop saved searches
DescriptionWe don't have it in the UI, but we do have a table for it and backend code.

As this is such a trivial feature (you can just bookmark search results), and not even visible, I am very tempted to just kill it entirely.

There are 207 tables in bundled Composr now. We need to do whatever we reasonable can to trim the fat.

Thanks for your offer of sponsorship, however concluding this task isn't a matter of money, just a matter of consensus. So the main purpose of this issue is to stimulate discussion prior to (for example) v11.

Doesn't sound like something we couldn't live without. I didn't know it was there, so not something I will miss.

If you can reproduce the search results from the URL then sure drop it out as no longer required. You can easily make a bookmark folder "Saved searches" and save all your bookmarks in one place.
