Summary0002233: Composr 10b2: Blog post permissions on news categories exist but are unused
DescriptionBlog posts no longer have the ability to choose a category from my understanding; they are always "(username)'s blog" type category.

However, when going into news categories, there still exists permissions for adding blog posts, editing blog posts, and so on for that category.
