| Description | The email support ticket integration scans my email and creates a support ticket as it should when there's an email. However, it creates a new ticket every time CRON is executed instead of just once. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Enable support ticket email integration. 2. Send an email to the specified email address. 3. CRON repeats creating a new ticket and emailing the person who emailed the support email. | ||||
