Summary	0002744: Attempting to save notification settings via profile doesn't work
Description	When trying to edit my notification settings on 10 RC 14 of Composr, saving the settings doesn't save the settings; when I go back to the notifications tab, it shows all the options as they were previously, with the exception of touching content and smart notifications.
