Summary0002988: Allow any contact front-end to go to any contact back-end
DescriptionMerge main_contact_us and main_contact_simple (i.e. only have main_contact_us). Have parameters to specify what ticket type to send to, and what e-mail address. If none are provided it would use the staff address. Both could be provided in theory, and that's fine.

Have the same system for main_contact_catalogues.

Have the same system for the decision tree code.

I'll leave this for now, as it depends on work done in the v11 branch (dropping of the messaging system, using tickets instead). We may consider it after everything is merged properly through to the v11 branch.
