Summary0003353: Refresh of wordfilter system
DescriptionChange to a normal CRUD-module style system, so you can fully edit existing filtered words.

Implement support for prefix matching.

Review all the defaults, how each are matched.

Make all the defaults to substitutions, rather than blocks.

Chris, I need you to review this. All the default words are replaced by symbols called "grawlixes" (e.g. !@#$%). Is that okay?

What does that constitute? They are doing a full match ATM.

Sounds good. I will review when I can. Grawlixes sounds fines.

"Full match" sounds fine. I wasn't sure how it worked at the moment TBH.
