Summary0003370: Embed Tweets do not work with HTML Tag
DescriptionWe allow all users to embed tweets but this recently stopped working for anyone who is not an admin.

I tired to put this in the right spot but might have messed up. If I did, sorry, please accept my apologies.
Steps To ReproduceLog in as any user besides admin and attempt to embed a tweet with with [html] tag.
TagsNo tags attached.

Twitter changed their embed format a bit.
I have added the necessary security exception to allow the pattern through.
And, uploaded to your site.
