Summary0003509: Panel moves off screen after scrolling down
DescriptionThis might be hard to reproduce, I'm not sure. If a panel is shallower than the screen height, JS makes it sticky. But upon scrolling far down I was finding it darting off to past the browser width.

I may have accidentally fixed this in e8e5caab0, I can't reproduce anymore.
