| Description | In my previous submission, 0003802, I discovered that the issue of event dates "moving" had to do with my timezone settings; both site and my preference were set to America Phoenix, and setting the site to UTC seemed to cure the problem. HOWEVER...
Events recurring on the 2nd Monday of every month are created incorrectly. It seems the calculations conveniently ignore whether the previous Monday occurred in the same month or the previous, resulting in the event being created on the FIRST Monday in months in which the previous Monday was in the previous month. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Create an event recurring on the 2nd Monday of each month (should be the same for most days). Site timezone was set to UTC and my preference to America Phoenix, but this should make no difference. The calculations apparently count the days (Mondays) displayed in the current month calendar grid regardless of whether they are empty (last month) or not. Thus, May and October's event is shown on the FIRST Monday.
Further weirdness: May's event decided to move to the correct day. Also had recurring events on 2nd Tuesday and 2nd Wednesday, so evidently it may have to do with the overlap of the event dates and the empty days (last month's) in the displayed calendar grid. |
