| Steps To Reproduce | Tested on three sites (sarhm.org (10.0.28.), foxglovesoftware.com (10.0.28.) and blmiers.com (10.0.27).
Tested sarhm.org using Chrome 77.0.386590, Edge 44.18362.387.0, and Internet Explorer 11. with the same result of no action when clicking on either the Preview or the Save buttons. Tested foxglovesoftware.com using Chrome, with the same result.
Tested blmiers.com with Chrome and the buttons worked as expected. |

| Additional Information | I was able to work around the problem of not being able to update the data in the description field within the CMS by using phpMyAdmin to edit the field contents. |
