Summary | 0004758: Comcode pages should sort by automated criteria
Description | On a fresh install, each page has the order ID of 1. So if not automated, at least logical.

duplicate of | 0004761 | resolved | Chris Graham | Help pages have no order set |
|
I have filed a separate issue. The only case where it matters is if a page has child pages, and ordering is relative between those child pages. The only case for that in a default install is under the help page, where 3 pages should really have an order set for them. In this case all the non-core pages come from chat, so it's a chat-addon issue. |
|
Well as the list of pages grow, it's a long scroll down to automated criteria when every page you add defaults to an ID of 1. I just thought it would be more sensible default for all new pages. |

The Comcode page management screen is ordered by page name, not page order. It may be best to make use of the Filter feature. On testing I found navigating using that a bit clunky so I made 0004771. |
