| Description | Rather than usergroup ladders doing automatic promotion, show people ready for promotion on the UI, and send out notifications to the usergroup leader / members with a privilege. Approval would be manual. This is important if rank conveys some important access that we must protect with manual vetting. We don't want people spamming in order to attain privileges. | ||||
