Summary | 0005808: Site admins may not be aware separate site zone locks tickets for all guests
Description | It is not clear in Composr that if you separate the Welcome and Site zones, then the tickets module, being in the site zone, cannot be accessed by guests (even for ticket types marked as allowing guest posts). Consider either moving the tickets module to root (Welcome) to avoid this behaviour, or document this caveat when separating the two zones (and hide anything pertaining to guests on the ticket type UI)
