| Description | 1) When viewing News categories in Admin CP, the default images (from URL) are not showing.
2) Additionally, when selecting a stock image for a category it is not being applied to news articles in that category. |

| Steps To Reproduce | 2) I can see why, given it sets the category image as a header! Hopefully this behaviour can be turned off. I won't be uploading individual images just to post news. |
