Can't create a new comcode

I am trying to Add Custom Comcode tag, but when I save it I get an error message bellow:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /cp/adminzone/index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
If I click on preview, I get this message:
Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.
