[SOLVED!] Errors when members try to join

Potential members get error, they run away.
Greetings,It seems that members, or potential members are getting errors when trying to register. Luckily I have had two report the issue to me, otherwise I'd never know about it.
Here's the error they sent me:
I of course don't know what to do with that….

Could you see if passing #16 through an edit fixed it? It's like what we had before I think.
If that does not work, manually edit that field_16 column to allow nulls.

I put a default value of N/A in for column 16.
I then registered an account. No errors.
