Reverted to RC 14 and now i'm having weird access issues

When I log into the adminzone as my admin account I get this weird screen with permission issues.

I also can't edit users anymore with any admin account. When I click on edit to reauthenticate it says I've successully logged in but it takes me back to the member page where I'd have to click edit again to log in, and it's basically a cycle of that.

Any thoughts or suggestions before I nuke it and just start over again?

It's as if it's not holding my authentication. When i went into the zone editor twice, it seemed to detect me as "guest" rather than the username.

Are the cookie domain/path settings wrong in _config.php perhaps?

Or perhaps you have some other cookies overriding them somehow. If you try and log in with an incognito window, does the same problem happen?

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
