Change characters in news titles

I use a newsblock (list)
but after a couple of characters he is cutting of the title.
Where can i disable this?

You're using the side_news block, whose default layout is designed for a panel.
However, you can change the truncation easily via editing the BLOCK_SIDE_NEWS_SUMMARY.tpl template and increasing the number 30.
