Hi,
Running RC32, and twice now i have tried to install the 'galleries' add-on, and both times it has failed with a critical error, where it cant fine the 'composr.cms_galleries' table

The 2nd time was run in safe_mode, but no difference.

Here's the error screen text:
———————————————————————————-
Critical error – bailing out

This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occurring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.
Unfortunately a query has failed [SELECT name,fullname,parent_id FROM cms_galleries WHERE (name='_WILD') ] [Table 'composr.cms_galleries' doesn't exist] (version: 10 RC32, PHP version: 5.6.21, URL: /adminzone/index.php?page=admin-addons&type=_multi_action&keep_safe_mode=1)
—————————————————————————————
have to use save_mode to eventually get back into the system to un-install galleries, which then gets the system back to normal.

Any Thoughts?
Chris

I believe this will stop the error:

sources/urls2.php

That said, it seems somehow the galleries module within the addon (the site/pages/modules/galleries.php) file is not installing with it. Somehow the file may be missing, or somehow the system may think it is installed already and it's getting confused.

So I wonder if somehow the imports/addons/galleries.tar file is missing site/pages/modules/galleries.php within it (which would be strange), or if somehow something got mangled with respect to that module's installation status.

If you need to you can force the individual module to reinstall, assuming it has come in. That's under Admin Zone > Structure > Addons > Module Management > Site.

Hi Chris,
I think my test server has had a "Senior moment", and has lost the plot.

I Have re-deployed the whole site on a different machine, and have installed galleries without any problems.

Sorry for the panic.
regards
Chris
