Your server is failing to connect to itself through it's base URL

I was able to successfully install version 10.0.33 of Composr on my web host Arvixe with no problem. it opens to the home page like I would expect it to and I can go to any zone or any other page and all is just fine. First time looking at a raw install of Composr. Beautiful right out of the box. Nice job guys!!

My question comes when I go to the admin zone. When entering there I see a message at the top of the page that reads:

Your server is failing to connect to itself through it's base URL, with an error code of “could not connect to host”. Try setting the “Work-around IP forwarding” option.
There can be other causes, such as your server blocking web requests to itself. If problems persist, contact your webhost.

Since things seem to work is this something I should look into? What is causing the problem? Should it be fixed?

Perhaps also I should add this comment - that I have a live website (ocPortal version 9.0.18) running under DavidLFriend.com and I have installed Composr in a folder under my Public_HTML called add_site (DavidLFriend.com/add_site). My plan is to rebuild the site on Composr and then replace the old version so everthing is under DavidLFriend.com.

Just search for the Work-around IP forwarding option in Admin Zone and set it to 1. I have to do the same on my host and it usually makes the website perform a bit better with this option on.
