Would like to leave Composr and go to a diffrent CMS or just html pages.

Typically it is up to the other CMS to implement an importer for their system from other systems (such as from Composr). There are also CMS moving companies out there that you could approach about this. I should warn you, don't expect to easily move without any expenses.
If all else fails, you could always copy and paste each page by hand. It will take you a while though.
So yeah, moving will be quite an investment, either in time, money, or both. Hopefully you have a detailed strategy of where you wish to move to and hopefully it will be worth doing so for you.
