Exporting News

I see there is an "Export News" item in Home >> Content Managemen >> Manage News.
I haven't seen any item relating to exporting.
I also performed a search in the Adminzone -- which came up with no useful results.
If there's no inbuilt option for this, is there any suggested way to export news items from Composr site to another?

I think you did a typo. Was the first "Export News" in your post meant to be "Import News"?
Anyway, Composr generates RSS feeds without needing to explicitly export them.
E.g. https://compo.sr/backend.php?type=RSS2&mode=news&days=3000&max=10000&

I want to grab some news article from one Composr site into a newly installed one.
I will try importing from the RSS feeds of the old site.
