Gallery thumbnail: uploadsxgalleriesx

is uploadsxgalleriesx supposed to be part of the thumb nail name?
Hello,Just goofing around with the gallery a bit and I noticed that the image uploaded seems to be named correctly but the thumbnail name adds a prefix of "uploadsxgalleriesx" which looks like the folder layout…..

Code
https://futurecode.jp/uploads/galleries_thumbs/uploadsxgalleriesxIMG_20180813_134115.jpg
When I run the "regenerate thumbnail" tool it removes that prefix from the thumbnail name…
My galleries are working fine and normal but I noticed this and wanted to report it incase it may be a bug?
I tested this on two different composr installations.
one is Version 10.0.19 and the other is 10.0.22
update: reviewing my thumbnail directory i see that the oldest file with that prefix is dated august 31 2018.
