On forumtopics there is a way to post with an image.
But, when i place a news item i can only post text. When i go to the topic of that news item, i can post with a image.
Do i miss a setting, or is it not possible to post directly with a image on news?

Or you can use Attachments
There is also an admin setting called Simplified Attachments UI, which as I recall makes the image button (which normally asks for a link to the image) use the attachments uploader instead.
Just read this a 2nd time and I think you meant replies to news. You can still use Comcode on the replies if you know the link to the image you wish to use.

I dont see any editor when i comment on a newspost.
I can only choose between preview, and post.
I cant switch between editors. See preview below.

- If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.
- If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.
