Max upload size?

How to increase?
Hi all,Apologies if i have posted in the wrong forum board.
How do you increase the 'file upload size' for galleries / videos etc?
On my upload page it currently states "
Please note that you may upload audio files instead of video files if you wish.
The maximum upload size is 19 MB.
"(I would note this only seems to apply to member uploads, and not admin!?!)
Note the maximum upload size is 19MB (i need it increased to around 50MB)
I have limited experience with php files etc, so will need replies and instructions in idiot proof detail, but can confirm the following.
SERVER SIDE PHP
Max upload size (and related) set to 2048M (or higher)
DOMAIN SPECIFIC
PHP & HTACCESS
Max upload size etc set to 500M (or higher)
Is there something in the composr admin settings im missing, or just looking in the wrong place?
