Deleted stock banner now none show
So I was experimenting with banners. Removed the background and centered vertically in header.I deleted the two stock banners and have 4 in the banner editor but the main page says "No banners in the system"
I've tried every banner setting to no avail.

so we edited the code so that the banner goes to the right of the logo and is a 468x60 banner type instead of the default 728x90.

though we may go back to 728x90 now we have converted the fixed size into a max-width / min width which also converts to mobile perfectly.
